Đối với bánh lava, nên quay lò vi sóng 15 giây trước khi thưởng thức.
Nếu bảo quản trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh, bánh sẽ giữ được 15 ngày.
Khi nhận bánh nên để 1 tới 2 ngày cho bánh mềm vỏ để hương vị ngon hơn trước khi ăn.
